If you are experiencing problems with your Tritton AX180, AX720 or AXPro headsets, help is on the way.
Your issue may be easily solved by examining your hardware setup and software settings. Please visit the Tritton headset Knowledgebase Here, try out some of the simple troubleshooting suggestions, and see if they help.
If none of these solutions address the problem at hand, you may be dealing with a hardware issue. In most cases, Tritton hardware issues can be addressed by replacing individual parts, rather than requiring the wait time and shipping cost involved with a full warranty replacement. Our Tritton Parts Bundle may help you if your headset's symptoms include any of the following:
- Distorted, thin or quiet sound
- Echoing in voice chat
- No microphone volume
- Cannot hear others in voice chat
- Other players can hear your game audio
- Feedback/crackling in voice chat (Either on your end or for other players)
- Intermittent sound or sound changing depending on the positioning of wires
- High levels of background/white noise/static
Additionally, if you are using an older Xbox360 and connecting it to your television using HDMI, you may need an HD Audio Dongle, which allows you to connect the analog jacks of your AX180, or the optical cord of your AX720 or AXPro, to your system alongside HDMI. This adapter is included in the Parts Bundle as well.
If you feel any of the above describes your situation, please select your headset below (limited 1 bundle per household):
