No. The level of access to the shared folders is determined by the password. You can assign each folder its own "Full Access," "Read Only," and/or "Read/Write" access. Note that if "Full Access" is selected, "Read Only" and "Read/Write" access options will not be available.

No. Turbo-G or Super-G speeds (up to 108Mbps, depending on the vendor) is a vendor specific specification. These are not industry standards; instead they are a proprietary way developed by each vendor to increase the bandwidth through all channels on the 802.11g spectrum. This also means that one vendors Super-G will not reliably work with another vendors version of it.
